  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner's legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect, use, disclose, sell, or share Personal Information from children under 16. Our Platform, programs, and services are not directed to children under 16.

If we learn that we have collected the Personal Information of a child under 16, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. If you are under 16, do not provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address.

Sensitive Personal Information means any Personal Information that is not publicly available and reveals information considered sensitive according to the applicable privacy law.

Usage Data

Information collected automatically through this Application (or third-party services employed in this Application), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users, the URI addresses, the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer, the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit, and the details about the path followed within the Application, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT environment.

User

The individual using this Application who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.

Data Subject

The natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.

Data Processor (or Processor)

The service provided by this Application as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this site/application, including coaching programs, courses, digital content, and related services.

The exchange of Personal Information with a service provider pursuant to a written contract that meets the requirements set by the applicable law does not constitute a Sale.
